When you select the custom sign board option simply email us at threedconcepts@yahoo.com with your order number and desired sign board information, if approved we will complete the sign board and ship it out to you once complete. Our blank sign board has a print area that is approximately 3 inches long X 7/8 of an inch high (85 mm long X 23.25 mm High)
