On this page you will find everything about placing orders, our shipping process & dates, return policy and refunds.

Ordering Process

All orders placed other than custom orders will be processed and shipped out within five business days from the date it was received, base on product availability. When completing  your order ensure that you take the time to select the correct size shipping box for the products you purchased. 3D Concepts Ltd. shall not be responsible for replacing any product or products that are damaged during the shipping process as a result of incorrect shipping box selection. Simply put the cheapest shipping option and smallest shipping box may not be the right size box for the items you purchased.   

Shipping

All orders are processed, photographed, packaged and shipped in the most economical way in order to reduce your costs and reduce unnecessary waste. Some products are shipped with all the supports in place to reduce any product damage during shipping. If your products arrives with supports in place and you are unsure of how to remove all the supports go to YouTube and check out “Karl’s Scale Model Showcase” for how to unpack your particular model part. If you want expedited shipping please let us know when ordering or contact us at threedconcepts@yahoo.com within four days of placing your order so that we can provide you with all appropriate costs associated with expedited shipping. Based on the size of the order placed the shipping container may be smaller than described in the shipping section. All shipping container measurements are a maximum size guideline so you are able to determine the correct container size for your order. 

Return Policy

You are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. If you are returning any product due to placing an inaccurate order we charge a 25% restocking fee. The remaining credit will be applied to any products in our catalogue. Our standard shipping policy shall apply for the shipping of any replacement items or exchanged items. We do not do refunds, in-house credit only. We stand by all our products, if any product was shipped to you with a major defect we will gladly accept all costs associated with returning and replacing the defective item. Please contact us at threedconcepts@yahoo.com for the return procedure regarding the replacement of any defective product, do not just simply ship the defective product back to us as this will lead to complications when it comes to replacing the defective item. 

Free Shipping

(1/25 Scale - 1/24 Scale Parts: We provide free shipping on all orders in the amount of $150.00 or more not including taxes.

1/16 Scale Parts: We provide free shipping on all orders in the amount of $175.00 or more not including taxes.

Curb-side pick up: Two days a month we will do curb-side pickup for anyone who wishes to avoid shipping costs. The date and location for curbside pickup will be emailed out to all those who are interested.

 

We​ ship worldwide, we update the locations we ship to regularly if your destination is not listed please send an email to threedconcepts@yahoo.com so we can add your location to our list.  

As part of our commitment to our customers and the scale model community/industry we want to take a moment to let everyone know that at 3D Concepts Ltd. we take the time to listen to any and all product development suggestions put fourth by everyone including adjustments or corrections to any products owned by 3D Concepts Ltd. Any and all products developed in whole or in part as a result of any suggestions submitted to 3D Concepts Ltd. by anyone shall become the sole intellectual and physical property of  3D Concepts Ltd. including but not limited to any and all corrections or adjustments made to any product owned by 3D Concepts Ltd.
